What scallies do in their spare time.
Scallies can usually be found on council estates where people just throw their old 3 piece suite into the front garden when they have got a new one, and where the streets are littered with rubbish.
Scallies usually congregate outside the local row of shops (Chippy,Chemist,Booze Buster and the local newsagent)and just make the place look dirtier than it already is. The older scallies just park up in their Ford Fiestas and Vauxhall Novas,wind down the windows and blast out garage music. The ones who aren't old enough to buy cigarettes and beer stand outside Booze Buster waiting for an adult to walk by so they can ask them to go in the shop for them and buy the booze and cigs. You can usually tell if a row of shops had been used as a scally hangout by all the litter and the floor and all the graffiti all over the shop shutter and walls.
